At Bubbles and Bloom, we take pride in creating high-quality, handcrafted arrangements with care.
If you have any concerns with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

Because our arrangements are made fresh and are perishable, we do not accept returns once an order has been picked up or delivered.

Refunds

We want you to absolutely love your arrangement.

If there is an issue, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with a photo and a brief description of the concern.

Refunds may be issued in the following situations:

• Your arrangement arrived damaged
• The item you received is significantly different from what was ordered
• We were unable to fulfill your order
   

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to process.

Order Cancellations

• Orders cancelled 48 hours or more before the pickup/delivery date will receive a full refund. 
• Orders cancelled within 24–48 hours may be subject to a partial refund based on materials already prepared.
• Orders cancelled within 24 hours of pickup/delivery are non-refundable.
